Your choices come first
Our consent banner lets you accept optional services, reject them, or choose your preferences. Optional traffic statistics, live chat and embedded maps wait for your permission. You can change your choice using the Cookie preferences control on the website. Rejecting optional services does not prevent you from browsing our pages or requesting a quote. Necessary website functions, your consent choice, and hosting security logs are separate from optional visitor tracking.
Quote requests and inspiration photos
When you request a quote, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or address, decor preferences, budget, notes, links and optional inspiration photos. We use them to prepare your quote, respond to you and plan the services you request. The form asks for your agreement before submission. Requests are delivered by email to our team; form, email and hosting providers process the information needed to deliver them. Please only upload images you have permission to share and avoid including sensitive personal information.
Optional traffic statistics
With your permission, we use Burst Statistics to understand visits, popular pages, referral sources, device and browser types, and approximate country-level location. Location is estimated from technical connection information, not your device’s precise GPS location. Statistics are stored on our WordPress hosting. These reports help us improve our website; they do not tell us your name or email address unless you separately provide that information through a form or chat. We have not enabled advertising pixels as part of this setup.
Live chat and maps
If you allow optional external services, our live chat is provided by tawk.to and our interactive map by Google Maps. These providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the page used, and may use cookies or similar storage. If you send a chat message or attachment, tawk.to processes it so our team can read and reply. See tawk.to’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. You can use our phone number, email or quote form without enabling these services.
Newsletter and website operation
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address with Hostinger Reach to send the updates you requested. You can unsubscribe through the link in those emails. Hosting, email delivery, website security and administration may process technical logs, including IP addresses, request times and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Our hosting provider is Hostinger. Social media links take you to separate services with their own privacy practices.
Storage, sharing and requests
Our team and the service providers described above handle information for the purposes described in this notice. Providers may process information outside your state or country. Inquiry and event information may remain in our correspondence and business records for follow-up, service delivery and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about retention, request access or correction, or request deletion of information you have provided. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons. Withdrawing cookie consent stops future optional tracking; it does not automatically delete earlier messages or records.
